    Nice bike Ade - Enjoy!
    Tyre pressures definitely F36 R36 solo and F36 R41 2 up.
I often run sole at R41 'cos I forget to drop it after trips with the Mrs, but haven't found it afftects the handling too much at all.
    Mirror threads are definitely 10mm.

Grateful for the info tho....cheers everyone!
With my body weight I'd better stick to 36/41 all the times...does it make aany diffference to have Conti's on?

Tyre pressures are not normally dependent on manufacture, though some tyres - like Distanzias - have a more round profile so benefit from a few extra PSI.

Incidentally the owners manual for the VA4 has the wrong pressures, hence Ade's misunderstanding. The pressures on the swing-arm are correct.

Nice clean bike there. Rather jealous - mine's looking far scruffier.

One very important thing about tyre pressures, this will save you money in the long run, do not run two up at 41 psi, the tyre will shred. Riding hard will cause the rubber to shred and roll off the edge of the tyre.

Hi mate, I've ran them lower, by accident, and couldn't believe the way the rubber just rolled off the tyre! They look like an pencil erazor if you know what I mean? I've also seen similar damage running two up at 41psi. I run mine at 46 psi on the back, and the tyre shows no rign of rolling. Hope this info is of use to you.

jim...thanks again for info..........just need to know 2 things. 1........is that pressure for 2 up plus luggage ? and 2........what difference, if any, have you found with grip level etc by raising pressure ? ( tyre footprint )

No probs, I blew mine up to travel in Europe when fitted new to 46psi as I was carrying a lot of weight on the back, two up with full luggage, tent and camping gear. 4000 miles and they're fine, I reckon another couple of thousand left. That's with Anakee's.
