i think they are very easy to fit, with good instructions. the only thing awkward on the varadero is the size of the tank and getting to the vacuum fitting. on most bikes its a doddle, some even have a little brass blank built in specially.
my triumph was a simple cut tube and tee piece specially supplied free by scottoil.
