    on a simler line ,ijust needed space 4 tent ect when 2up camping
    so being a tight sod ibent 2mm checkerplate in a kind of W 300mm wide
    sited it under the top box foamed underside of checker plate
    jobs agood one .doublesleepingbag airbed one side tent 2 chairs the other
    take off put on in 5mins just use when 2up camping

    I have no idea what you are describing but it sounds interesting.

    two ways to do it, either start your own members gallery where you can upload pics of any size, and link to them in your forum posts,
    or copy and paste pics directly into your posts but theres a size limit on pics doing that, 19.5 KB 620x280, (easiest to change your camera to VGA, if your taking a fresh pic)

    How about some photos of the locking points on your made to measure panniers.
    They look great. Just what I need.

    i thought about doing that, an existing box could be cut'n'shut or new ones made. something like this (sorry its hard to draw with a laptop mousepad!)
    only trouble is if using an existing box the lid might be a problem. might be better to use a narrow 29ltr box and add metal to it at the bottom, rather than try to narrow the top of a 40ltr box if you get what i mean? getting it to go on the honda rack shouldnt be a problem its a simple channel bottom and a lock bar at the top
