    I wonder how much it would cost to have them Galvanised ? I have a galvanising works not far from me, Mmmmmmm.

    couldnt say, cheaper than powdercoating i would think. galvanised then painted with hammerite garage door enamel, that would be indestructable because its the stone chips through givis thin paint that lets rust start, and that enamel goes on nice, thick and gives a good finish

    Had my bars powdercoated and was really pleased with the result.
    Relatively cheap as well (£40 for crash bars and pannier racks)
