New Vara

I took delivery of my barley gold/yellow one a month back with honda luggage...Loving it !

I was slightly dubious of the colour as it can look quite odd in some pics but I actually really like it in the flesh.

In terms of what to add to your impressive list of extras....extra lights on mine.

Check the search facility on this forum for lights as it really seems to polarise opinion

Just a quick one with the lowering kit
you wont be able to use the centre stand with one, not unless your a short arse with muscles like Precious McKenzie

Yes i believe this is the case, but since i am such a short arse id rather be able to reach the ground with my feet than throw it up on the stand. Im sure i can find a volunteer or two if i need it up while out. I think SW Motech do a clamp on handle to allow easier lifting on to the stand, does anyone have one? if so how much of a difference does it make?

the vara lights are the best out there, on the other hand you can never be lit up enough for others to see you, on the other hand it doesnt seem to matter how lit up you are some car drivers are blind, err.... how many hands is that?

I have bought some LED driving lights but havent conected them up to a battery to see how bright they are. If they are up to scratch i might fit them to the bike.

Is the Varadero difficult to get on the centre stand, OEM or other? Not got a Varadero yet but looking in to it. Any one got one for sale?
