yes, always interested in pics of varaderos. why the new seat? the seat is one of the things on the vara that is usually good enough left as is, unless (no offence!) youre a shortarse

Are you clairvouyant ? yes im defo a short arse so i need the lower seat. I dont like it when my feet dangle in mid air ha ha . Might even need to fit a lowering kit, but i will wait and see how the seat works out.

Davsato, you should have been a diplomat, what with your way with words and all!
Good to see another Vara in the area, is it new to you or brand new? Watch it in soft gravel, they tend to run away with you! Mine did!

    Re: New Vara

New to me and brand new, pre -reg 10 plate in Barley Yellow Metalic. Fitted main stand, heated grips OEM. 12v socket Scottoiler and topbox plate, all by dealer. Fitted myself so far, Givi bars, fenda extenda, bagster tank cover (my video gear is in a bagster tank bag) awaiting delivery of a lowered seat. Yet to fit (when i can convince management) MRA screen givi pannier racks and possibly a lowering kit if the seat isnt enough. Anything else i can add? make some suggestions ha ha cheers, Del

    Re: New Vara

    i see, good thinking.
nowt wrong with givi stuff, in fact i prefer it to the the honda oems ive got on mine (although theres nothing wrong with them, honda luggage is very good too), givis are a bit more practically shaped and easier to manage the locks

    Re: New Vara

Just a quick one with the lowering kit
you wont be able to use the centre stand with one, not unless your a short arse with muscles like Precious McKenzie
