At least the u-turns will wear out the chicken strips.

And there you have it folks, the perfect description of every ride that my beloved plans for me

Actually you may be a little unfair, he does occasionally take us down a little bit of tarmac road

Depends on what you want to do.

I once went to a meeting in Cardiff where the guy from North Wales had travelled into England, changed train south and then come back into Wales from there.

Even by road, if you want to get there quick, come down and turn right into south Wales. If you want to ride and see the sights then take your time, pick the most obscure route you can and enjoy it.

OK guys J's put an on road (allegedly) ride together. Do we need a shorter one as an alternative?

Now seriously....I have just bought my new toy and I have no experience whatsoever of off roading but I have the feeling that picking up a vara in wet grass is not the easiest of tasks.....

Better make sure I bring some anesthetic for the evening....

Well i enjoyed the ride last year, plenty of stops for brew and food (even if i did wait 5 days for my drink from that fool in the pub) and since it'sjust shy of 400 miles for me to get there a short more relaxed ride on the Saturday suits me Mike

A u-turn just gives me more of a rest
