    mail order tyres

Can anyone recommend a tyre supplier who

1 - will deliver to somewhere other than my home address
    2 - will do 24 or 48 hour delivery
    3 - might actually stock a 90/90 21 front tyre

I want to replace the AT tyres this coming week and I can't find anyone who can supply tyres before Friday...

    Hi There,

Try www.thefastone.co.uk. They are part of M&P but seem to be faster and a bit cheaper for some unknown reason.

BFM Motorcycles in Bradford. They should be in the links section under tyres. Oh they're called BCT Motorcycles now.

    Re: mail order tyres

    Thanks for the suggestions everyone!

I made a list (including other suggestion I could find searching the Recommended dealers forum) and started 'phoning, in no special order other than prioritizing people who listed the tyres on their web site, and depending on when their 'phone lines are open:

Busters: listed on web site but they don't stock 90/90 21 tyres, would take 5 working days plus delivery to me.
MPS: listed on web site but they don't stock 90/90 21 tyres, would take 5 working days plus delivery to me.
M and P: listed on web site but they don't stock 90/90 21 tyres, would take 5 working days plus delivery to me.

[Hmmm, remarkable that 3 major suppliers have the exact same stock, give the exact same answer on delivery time, are all in Swansea, and all have the exact same telephone menu system...]

Tyresales UK: lots of choice on web site at good prices, and when I was able to 'phone them had the tyres in stock at a good price (140 for Pirelli MT90 incl. next day delivery). Might have shaved a few quid off elsewhere (Busters were the same price but offer a discount - but have no stock!) but these guys were really helpful so I ordered from them. http://www.tyresalesuk.co.uk/

BCT Motorcycles, Watling Tyres, Blackcircles: didn't get round to as Tyresales UK got there first. A good web site pays...

Sorry I'm a bit late on this thread, but maybe others may benefit from it, I found mynetmoto unbeatable and they have the tyre that you were talking about in stock.
    http://www.mynetmoto.com/

They are based in Germany, and usually charge about a tenner shipping for up to 4 tyres to the UK (or slightly more to Ireland), their service is excellent and they take PayPal, so will ship to wherever you want.
Not sure if they'll get them to you in less than 48 hours, but I have never waited longer than 3 days for them to turn up here in Ireland.

    Re: mail order tyres

I just bought a pair of AC10's from here:-

They had them in stock and were very quick to dispatch (amtrack) arrived next day.
