What's wrong with the 23in wheel?

(I did warn about asking stupid newbie questions! )

nothing really "wrong" with the wheel it is just that tires are not too easy to find and can be expensive.
i have 2(in bits) XL250S's and both have the 23in wheel. only really enough bits to make one bike out of the bits,at least i have a reg number with one.

I was at my local Honda dealer today, trying to get a spare key and there was an XL500 parked outside.

Turns out the owner works there. So I'm going to give him a couple of months to get to know the bike then I'll be able to get info right on my doorstep!

I asked about 23in tyres and was told they could still get them no problem. But then they also said the new key would fit!

Uncle Mick another Co. Durham boy, was that M&S? I have been using my XL motorsport until the salt two weeks ago in and out of Newcastle, just building a K3 at the moment. have been looking for a 500 for ages, most are over priced sh1t>

Hi Neilios, no it was North East Motorcycles at Nevilles Cross. Don't know what he paid but without being too disrespectful, it wasn't in the best of condition!

You could give them a ring first to check if the bikes going to be there.
