I asked Frank about changing from single rectangular headlight to twin, he has quoted me for "mask, lamps and carrier" which I take it is headlight, surround, lights and mounting bracket, are there any other bits that I need to covert to twin lights?

OK, thanks. I'll wait for yours to arrive then and if it's alright I'll ask for the same. Cheers.

New old stock side panels fitted (thanks Stormforce8 - well spotted)

    Hand guards bought from Boboneleg

and front mudguard rubbed down and polished to get rid of gravel rash, traces of old stickers and faded colour (still needs a little more elbow grease but it's getting there)

I did mine in the kitchen sink. Lots of warm soapy water then rub down with wet & dry 400, 800, 1000 and 1200. I the kept rubbing with the 1200 until all of its "grit" was gone and it was just a smooth piece of paper. Then dry and polish with T-cut and then a polish of your choice, I have always been happy with Mer. Take your time and you really can get pretty scruffy looking plastics looking almost as good as new.
