Air filter access on vara 125

i thought i would investigate, the air filter today, its an 02 model
and unbolted tank, but with the petrol pipe, being attached, it cant be lifted far enough up, what should i do ?

does anyone no where you can get the little clips, with the push in centre for the plastic panels on front
