Xl600lm dating certificate service?
Got myself the above, was going to use for parts but too good to waste and I just passed my test.
Trouble is I don't have a reg number, the frame number is only 5 digits and honda uk don't recognise the engine or frame number on their computer system. DLVA tell me I need to get the bike certified for age and model, by a suitably qualified and recognised group to regsister it. It has the red rscv or whatever engine, gold wheels, dead front but I'm replacing that with a 19" wheel. Any ideas? could I use a dominator frame for the engine? Just can't figure out the rear suspension for this option, looks different. |

Re: Xl600lm dating certificate service?
Should have a longer chassis number than 5 digits?
If the plate is missing from the right hand middle down tube (as you sit on the bike) like BobA said, it should be stamped into the headstock where the fork bearing stem goes through.
