    Nice! I'm using the buddyseat and the tank of one of those on my XL600R.

    Your XL600R done 140" km?
    Thats quite a distance for a single!
    Any major overhaul done to it, to make it stay alive?

    Yep, it has.

    At 90.000 the big end went, so it was a good moment to replace the piston, have the cylinder bored and honed and replace all bearings in the gearbox. In other words, a complete engine rebuild.

    Recently, one of the exhaust valve seats came out (a regular problem with this kind of bike, and mine is no exception), and the head was cracked anyway, so I found another cylinder head and we swapped them out. It's running fine again.
    Just yesterday I rode it back from Luxemburg, a mighty fine weekend trip!
