It is obviously unfortunate that the points have failed after such a short time. However, I don't really think it's fair to penalise the seller for the fault. After all, he is probably only buying from a wholesaler and selling them on. It may be more appropriate to perhaps mention the manufacturer if you really feel that they are of poor quality, since there will surely be dozens of sellers selling the same brand.

What failed on them anyway? Did they break up?
