But the XR is really too loud for me.
If I'm out on some lanes I don't really want to be attracting attention let alone if we meet some horses or something.

So I've got a bag with a load of bits in that have been taken off.
I'll take a photo in due course as I wonder if I put them back it will quieten things down.
Anything else I can concentrate on?

But it passed an MOT just 48 hours ago!!!!
Anyway I'll see what I can do to turn it back to original me thinks.

the original exhaust is not at all loud......nothing like a DRZ, but a lot of guys used to take the baffle out to try and free-up some more power

btw...is it as loud as the Remus that you had on your @

The baffle HAS to come out! Remember XRs are originaly proper enduro bikes and left the factory jetted to run minus the restricting baffle. As long as you ride through towns on a closed throttle I don't think it's too offensive.
