    Removing Exhaust baffle

OK following from my previous thread, I will try and remove the peashoot in rear of my exhaust....I have an aluminium billet to replace..Apparently this lets bike breath wilist keeping noise minimal....

Can anyone advise a step by step proccedure to remove this end fitting...I'm told its a bit of a $wine to get out!

    Cheers

Remove two bolts that hold the tip in place.

Grab hold of the tip with pliers or a monket wrench.

    Pull.

    Re: Removing Exhaust baffle

I attacked the baffle last night...after drill hole in lip ,I carefully chiselled around lip with sharpened screwdriver and then a little tug and out she came...No more than 10mins...very pleased....although the wife wasn't....reving at 10pm

will get an aluminium insert to maximise power and keep noise level sensible!
