I have search the forums and my manual - but cannot find the standard sprocket sizes.
so!
1) what are the standard sizes?
2) fromyour experience what are the best sizes for green laning?

13 front 48 rear.

so the 13 front and 44 rear that came with the bike is pretty rubbish for off roading then ?
Hmmm, looks like its time for at least a 48 rear.. maybe a 50 ?

Sorry that should have been 48 rear as standard...
Wemoto do them in 50 tooth.

If you want to go higher than 50 Get one for a CR250 R4-04 or a CRF250.
