Nice XR600R

Thought this might be of interest.
600R with a host of mods,including a complete CRF450 front end
Its from 4Strokes.coms site.Trick looking bike



Here's the Spec -

it's a 2000 model XR600 with:

HRC 628cc powerup kit
Setrab oil cooler from Precsion concepts from a 97-98 baja bike.
250watt rewound stator with 650L regulator.
55watt OEM XR600 lens/globe for XR650R headlight shroud
Electric start ostensibly from the XR650L.
Battery under the seat (130CCA Yuasa 450X), on top of airbox at front of bike (so as to not obstruct airflow)
Modified XR600 left sidecover for more airflow
XR650L starter wiring
10mm taken off the XR600R flwyheel
New Keihin FCRMX41mm CARB - this carb ROCKS!!!
CRF450R controls - throttle, cables etc
Works connection elite pearch and frame guards
CRF450R front suspension, brakes, braking oversize disk etc.
XR650R OEM front guard (YOU CANNOT BEAT XR RED)
Protapers, BRP submount
XR650L seat cover with Ceet HARD seat foam
IMS pegs and 18 litre tank
another forum DRZ400 sidestand (bolts right on to XR6 frame in 2 minutes)

'Tis nice isn't it
I'm going down the Upside down route.
A lot of the blokes have gone for CR250 '89 or '90 forks,as these bolt straight in with absolutely no mods,even the stops line up!
Obviously the CRF ones involve a bit of machining,but the later the forks the better.......
I think I'll be going down the CR route,as its considerably cheaper

Think that bike is in the US or Oz if i recall, plus its from last year..
