MOT without the original baffle

My 2005 400R is due its first MOT next month. Ive got a Vortip end http://www.oro2u.com/acatalog/MEGA_4_EXHAUSTS.html on it and it doesnt sound too noisy to me but does anyone know if this will pass an MOT?

Hi
If you have the vor tip and it's fitted inside the standered Chrome Honda exhaust tip, this if the part that is stamped .if you have that there should be no problem
