Ive just bought a aftermarket set on ebay as the originals on mine are knackered. Ive emailed David silver for a price on his but heard nothing back. Im sure the previous owner said they were £80 quid just for the tank decals. The £15 ones ebay looked a good cheap alternative especially the amount ive been falling off this weekend![]()
Just found this site which sells a set of graphics for the XR.

Unfortunately it's for the newer '02 onwards bikes and tbh think for £40 ish for 2 tank and 2 swingarm stickers, I'll leave it plain.

if it help's
I never had any luck with any Tank Decal's that were not made by Acerbis.
The acerbis were so well made and very very sticky and would last year's.
I have tried other make's,but they tended not to be very sticky and they would blister after a few week's![]()
If you want to keep original,I ordered mine through a honda dealer, still available 10 years on! about £50/60 i think. Make sure you clean the surface really well or you will waste your money!!
I contacted David Silver Honda spares. Probable the best Honda dealer for spares and generally cheaper then the rest, however his response was "Graphics - to order from Honda @ £34.05 each, in Fighting Red." and thats plus vat and postage.
I went on to ebay and got a set of these and fitted them. I will let you know how they last and get on.

Looks good im having the same dilemma, dont know what graphics to get, yours looks very modern compared to original decals
I quite liked the look of them and it did make it look a little more modern. They are quite thick and covered in little air holes so hopefully it shouldnt bubble and they were certainly sticky little b.a.s.t.a.r.d.s. I just need a new mudguard now to smarten the knackered looking front one up.
They look good. Stickers like that protect the tank etc from the rubbing it gets laning too.
They look nice sparks. Do you have the ebay link?
