    Xr250r- Info Required!

Hi everone, my first thread . I have just purchased a xr250 r (198 model on a E plate , iam the third owner from new - engine runs a treat last bloke owned for 9 yrs, and just ran it once a month, picked it up for £400--- but i want to replace the standard end can as it is damaged , what would be a good after market one to purchase? or would it be possible to fit/ modify a silencer from a brother of the XR range - or would this affect performance issues

Also in the box of bits and bobs that i got with it , theres a pressure gauge - with a tyre valve on one end!--- on gauge it says Run engine slowly for best results! - maybe its not ment for the XR , but if it is were do you fit the other alloy threaded end? can anyone shed some light please. many thanks .

any exhaust will do there are several outthere Dep, arrow, fmf the the cheapest one despite what they all claim in the real world you'll never notice any power gain.

As for the guage i can't tell from the description, but with the engine run slow are you sure it's not a compression tresting guage. Put a photo off it up on this thread and let us all have a look at it
