xr 400 bearings

hi guy's and girl's, as its my first post, i thought i would start with a simple question;-
i am going to replace all my bearings on my rear shock, swing arm, and rear linkage,(fun times in my garage for me).
for this reason, i need to ask for some advise as to,

1, what are good bearings to buy? (all balls, pivot works, and so on)

2, where is the best place to buy from?

3, is it a good idea to put some small grease nipple's on the linkage's?

and help will be very well appreciated!

get them all through david silver on the 3 week wait it'll be 1/2 the price, and will all be genuine honda parts
