H/O stator issues

last year I installed a dual sport light kit, but at idle the bike didn't produce enough juice to run everything, so this year I installed a H/O stator(200w) .
before the install of the stator the turn signals would work if the bike was rev'd up, but now with the new stator they dont work at all??, even with the headlight and taillight out they still dont work...?

any ideas what to do now?
checked all connections everythings tight....diagrams were followed.....

the bike is an 2002 XR400

Does your brake lights work, as the brake light uses the same power supply as your indicaters.

the brake light is as bright as ever, both headlight and taillight work fine...
