Talon Hubs

Got a chance on buying a set of near new Morad Rims on Talon hubs from a mate, they were bought for his XR600, will they fit on my 00 XR 400 or what would i need to get to adapt them i.e spacers

Why not just try em on, may just go straight in

Front will go straight on,,,,,rear will need bearings changing from 20 to 17mm, and spacers, all available from talon, and not expensive, .

XR 600 rear spindle is a 17mm, well it is on my 1996 any how.

Did you use a bearing, spacer, seal kit from Talon to do this? I have a 17" supermoto excel / talon wheel for a XR650R. I'm trying to fit it to my XR400R. I've been trying to find out if I just buy the bearing, spacer, and seal kit from Talon for a XR400R Talon hub, if that will fit in this 650R hub? All measurements look identical to my stock XR400 hub except for the axle diameter. The 650 has a 20mm axle and my 400 has a 17mm. I'm hoping to just be able to change the bearings out with this kit and make it fit.

i had the center tube out of a random bike laying around and got the bareings from anglia bareings local shop near me

You should be able to just change the bearings to 20mm. but talon are very helpful, id just call them and ask,.
