xr125 torque settings

Hello all you muddy xr boys,anyone got a 125 manual?new top end gaskets need to torque down head and do tappets

if no one knows has anyone any suggestions where i could find out?

Looked in my boys XR125L handbook. No torque settings for head
Spark plug gap is 0.08-0.09mm
Valve clearance intake and exhaust is 0.08mm

thanks phil had to grovel to the dealer today to get out the honda book out,haynes don't do a manual apparently.
thanks mate forgot to ask about tappets...........
