    Ride outs in Yorkshire.

as i am now riding an xr650r - oh so much fun to ride.
am looking for anybody trail riding in yorkshire i can tag along. after 14 years of road riding and pushing my old xtz750 through snow cough cough (ok pinning back the throttle and having fun).

have tried the TRF for yorkshire but after 8 emails with no responce im thinking they no longer operating in yorkshire/teeside.

anybody know anybody trail riding. please drop in a post or PM me.

    thanks

    Lee. (Strayb)

Unfortunatley the YDNP are very anti-motorised vehicles using green lanes and have therefore used the rediculously ramliar biased NERC to close 13 lanes in one go leaving 2/3 of b*gger all.
Better off going to Wales or even the Lakes.
BTW you're better off going to your local TRF club night if you know where and when they meet ?

I'm in the Teesside TRF but not a regular attendee. They are a bit antiquated in the comms field. Best contact them using the number in the Trail magazine. Or go to the meetings.
There is an "easy" run on the 12th October from Great Ayton targeted at beginners. If you get yourself on that you will meet the guys you need to know for future runs.

    Good luck.

    Hi Lee,

I am in the West Yorkshire TRF. They are a great bunch of lads and have put up with me on my Africa Twin this summer. Every couple of weeks they do a ride which is more suitable for Big Bikes like the AT and novices.

The WYTRF meet on the first Thursday of each month in Bradford. PM me with your email and mobile and I will contact you when we next plan something.

    Paul.

If you want to arrange ride outs then these need to be done in the meetup and rideouts section. Members need to subscribe to be able to post in this area.
