Re: wont start

From your very brief description, I'd hazard a guess at maybe starter motor/solonoid stuck.......that is if you're sure your battery is fully chatged and healthy.....try giving the starter motor (the round box thingy) a light tap with a small hammer whilst you have the starter button depressed

Re: wont start

I gues the "round thing" it the starter motor solenoid. if it's clicking and nothing else is happening, then it'll be one of 2 things. either the battery is completely f**ked (a technical term!) and not holding charge, or the starter motor's not happy. Do the lights work (and other electrical stuf) if not, then it looks like the battery. Don't forget to check the thick wire that goes to the starter - it could have come loose!

Re: wont start

The solenoid is supposed to click - it's a switch that connects the battery power to the starter motor when you press the starter button.

Re: wont start

The starter motor is fine, It is just the solinoid that is shagged!! Don't go spending silly amounts of money on a new starter motor when all you need to do is replace the solinoid!!

Re: wont start

The solenoid should be the round component near the battery with the positive cable from the battery going into it!

Have you checked the fuse and the connector block that comes out of the bottom?
