My Xr model year??

what is confusing me is what should I be looking at, mine is a 52 plate but on the V5 date of first reg is 01/05/2004
Confusing
For 2002 models there is CM, DK, ED and U at the end of the 02 models what does this mean and does it mean parts wont fit mine if I get the wrong code
I have a chassis no on V5 but engine no. not known

Any ideas

CM = Canada
DK = General export
ED = European direct
U = Australia

If your bike was a UK bike, then you need to order under ED.

Ah I think I found it as my Frame no coincides to XR400R3 2003 ED
Dont know why its plated 52 though

Brecon area, sold my XR earlier this year due to lack of use, but I do know these bikes inside out.

You certainly do, pity you got rid I like to come up that way for rides out and always nice to have riding buddys, me and J (XR650) like to explore
