I've assembled loads of manuals and fiches I've found on the Honda XR250.
They can be downloaded here:

These include the (japanese) manual and fiche for Japanese Domestic Market models, also exported to Australia (and maybe other countries). These are electric start street-legal models with the Keihin VE carb and other differences. Me and several fellow XR riders bought these manuals from Japan, I've scanned them and exported in DjVu format. The manual is for 1995-2006 Honda XR250/BAJA/Motard, and the fiche is for 2000-2007 Honda XR250/BAJA/Motard. There is also a photocopy (not the best quality) fiche for 1995-1998 Honda XR250/BAJA.

hi i was wondering if anybody could help me, i have an xr 400 and evertime i drop it to the right it floods, and can b a pain in the rear end to start again and please dont say dont drop it haha

It has been covered before... but flick the fuel off and kill switch off. Open throttle fully and kick full strokes 16-20 times. kill switch back on, throttle off and kick to start
