XR250r options...

Desperatly need a complete system for my '87 XR250r. I took the silencer (if you can call it that, most of the baffles have rotted away!) off to change the gasket thinking that was the cause of the blow-by and noise, only to discover the header pipe section had simply rotted away inside! Lovely.

Anyon know where I can pick up either a new or used system from? They seem quite hard to find. Would a XR400 or similar fit a 250?

The XL 250 stuff is interchangeable.

if its just the end of the header pipe you could weld a short piece of pipe on.

the XR400 silencer can be modded to fit.

I saw that pipe on Ebay, seems a little over priced for my liking. Besides, the headers need changing anyway.

Thought I saw DEP doing a system for them so I'm just trying to find a website that still sells them!
