xr400 cylinder head torque specs

hi does anyone know the torque specs for the cylinder bolts and cylinder head nuts (dont have a manual yet) cheers adam

Cylinder head nuts 4 off thread dia 10mm 44Nm 33lb/ft.
I down loaded my manual from a torrent site if you know how to.
