Jason just out of interest what tyres do you have on you XR in those photos? They look like a good AT tyre, what are they like in the muddy stuff, clog up at all?? Very nice looking bike by the way!!

Thanks mate, bought this bike back in June, i added the SM wheels. Its a 2000 model and still had the original tyres on it, the bike is like new, still got yhe yellow factory marking on all the bolts etc. a nice example. The tank decals i added due to the fact the originals were bubbled.

Thats just so cool what screen you using?? And do the panniers just rest on the side panels??

Happy you like the way it looks, the screen is homenade & at the moment the bags rest on the side panels but will be making a single bar for the bags to rest on to avoid the heat from the exhaust. Also planning to make a headlight shield as well as an engine bash plate. that one i'll be using a ktm engine bash plate that i had as a spare from my previous bike. Will post more photos when all that work is done, in the meantime, will leave you with this.
