XR400 R3

hi guys and girls been looking round for a while for a bike had set out to get a xr 250 2000 or above but have not came across anything local or with in my buget. have came across a 400 r3 model. Would this would be as good one to go for main use will be off road with littel bit of roads many thanks and if anyone got a 250 for sale pm us if u live in the se of england many thanks

Nothing wrong with using a 400 for both uses, what year is it? and price??
