My XR play firework...!!

Im a new rider,,,, and I dont know how to stop when i start and push the gas (xr 400) in play fireworks (booon boom boooom) and doesn't has any strength..!!
I was thinking it's a calibration problem, but a friend say it's a exhaust gasket problem...??
Could somebody help me..??

this is a very funny post(sorry Frank) but it creased me.
i think he has a miss fire of some sort,maybe timing,mixture

Come on people, he's a new member with a problem cut him some slack.

It sounds like he's getting misfires when accelerating and a lack of power. However I'm a technical numpty so someone else will have to help

Hey Frank,

As general basic guide;

If the backfire (boomboom) is when opening the throttle/accelerating, then look at calibration/electrical (ignition).

If the backfire is when closing throttle/slowing down, then look at exhaust system for leaks (loose joints / gasket ).
