Blown fork seals.

I've read/heard about people strapping their bikes down onto trailers with tie-downs on the handle bars, then finding they have blown the fork seals. What causes this? And how do you avoid it happening? apart from the obvious answer ofcourse!

you need a fork support brace fella.
Most dirt bike shops stock them
