Tank Decals for XR600

Tank decals are one of my pet hates!
I always seem to balls them and at up to 40 quid a set it does my head in.
I've just fitted the side panel decals and they are great,but even with the hair dryer/soapy water technique,there are still some creases on the curved exhaust side

what you need is transfers as opposed to stickers, then you can lacquer over them.
the old metal tank Yamaha's and xls used to have nice transfers that were lacquered over.
any one seen anything like these around.
ps my ebay xr tank stickers all fell of under the heat in the garden.
i didnt even get to ride the bike with them on lol.

any ideas on the transfers, failing that it might have to be a custom paint job.
