Tank Decals for XR600

Just painted the plastic tank on my bike. I used acrylic spray paint and only time will tell if it is going to last. It's gone from red to white.

Thing is, I need some tank graphics. Has anyone any good suppliers or tried any out ?

I got my last set off e bay for about 30 quid.
After a few off road sessions in the pouring rain,the edges started to lift though....

i just got a sheet of xr cr stickers for 5 quid off ebay and they are fine.

but all i wanted was a set of white Honda wings and a black and red xr sticker.

Hi, Kempouk, just got some full tank XR ones off tinter web. I think they will look good.

Hows the tank holding up? I've got some Halfords red plastic spray paint, thats supposed to bond to the plastic polymer?? Don't know if it will work or not.

Tank paint is not to bad.
The decals have lifted in a small area but I will stick'um down with something. I have seen a tank cover that has some thick good transfers moulded onto the cover and that looks the way forward. I think they can be purchased from the U.S.A.

P.s I used plastic bummper filler/primer first !

I ended getting sniped on the tank cover I was bidding on

So I did a buy it now,for $34.99 on a Woody Racing one,from the US

If you get one,bear in mind with this company,it's a 4 wk turnaround (which they do go to great lengths to point out)

Got about a week and a bit to go till it arrives.........
