Fuelling issues? xr600 1985

XR600 1985

Every now and then when riding along usually at lower the revs the bike will misfire and splutter, sometimes picking back up but others (usually when stopping at junctions) it stalls. Usually starts straight away after.

Has been jetted up from 122 to 130 (before i got it)
The air screw is all the way in, when i wind it out 1-1/2 turns (as per service manual) the bike cuts out if you touch the throttle?

Earlier today when riding the bike was spluttering and misfiring even at higher revs. I'm not 100% if its the coil overheating or fueling... Will coils from other years fit?

Long time no update but thought its time.

I replaced the coil and it didn't help. Changed down the jet size to the original 122's and swapping the air valve.
Since then its runs perfectly except at prolonged periods of full throttle. Thinking the floats might be a bit low and its running out of fuel in the carbs but will see.
Offroad doesnt require long periods off full throttle though so it doesnt effect my riding...
