A 1986 xr250?

I need to know the tourque settings for the 12mm bolts holding the barrel on and the 12mm bolts holding the head on.
I also need to know what the maximum amount of side to side play can be on the conrod and also what the compression should be..

And if possible the service limits on the piston and rings.

I have a xr250 manual but i dont know what year it covers so i'd like to make sure...
