04 honda xr125L wont start

update i cut about quarter of an inch off my ht lead and on the end i cut off i can see about 3 copper wires nd on the fresh end i can see about 7-8 copper wires

and i do have some1 with the same bike but i cannot swap the cdi as his is factory alarmed
