dommie motor in xr600

I am going to fit a dommie motor into my xr600 and would appreciate any advice. Has anyone done this? Where did you fit the battery, will the xr carb work ok etc. etc. Any advice would be great.

Have you looked on adv rider for people with an XR650l same bike pretty much. A guy who I met last week at HUMM , kev from Chamonix has one and he has just booked onto forum in new members part introducing himself, give him a nod. Maybe helps

thanks for that, loads of info on that site, it has fired me right up! Thinks I'll put the electric start on the 600 motor.
