Wheel rebuilding in surrey

Hi I am new to this forum, I have a xr650r and I am looking for someone to rebuild my front wheel in the surrey area. The spokes that are currently on the bike have gone rusty and cannot be tightened.

There used to be a company called Candy Wheels near Westerham in Kent.

Also, I think they are called Wheel Wise near Cowfold in Sussex are supposed to be pretty good.

Both border Surrey, depending on where you are?
