    XR600R SM

    just finished rebuild the engine with some trick mods...

    JE 10.6:1 101mm piston (641cc)

    all bearings,seals and o-rings replaced

    Still working on it, but shouldnt be difficult as its already working quite good...Starts on 1st kick and work smooth..Still have to check on high revs..

    Slow jet: 27.5
    Main jet: 145
    Needle: 4th groove from above
    idle mixture screw: 3.5 turns out

    Thanks! I have a TM40 waiting to go on mine and have heard that they can be a little awkward to jet, so just gathering as much intell as possible

    Thats gotta be the best looking 600 I've seen. You should tell the guys at Supermoto International mag about it. Maybe they'll feature it as a readers bike? www.smimag.co,uk
