Dr K Silencer ? ? ?

Hey,

I have just purchased a new silencer for my XR600, the one I have now is a straight pipe with no muffler so its too loud. I got it off ebay and it looks brand new, I only paid £49 + postage. The make is 'DR K' but I have done a google search and nothing comes up about that make, has anyone heard of it? I havent fitted it yet so not known if it fits proper but the seller said it was off an XR600 although as I have said it looks brand new and doesn't look as if it has been used/fitted before.

Any pointers will be appriciated.

I remember reading about them in a TBM or Supermoto magazine, I will try and dig it out and see what it says about them, I saw it on Ebay Planier was selling it wasn't he?

It's in Supermoto Mag No3

Jist of it is Strange name , Strange pipe, made in Italy, looks like carbon, but is all stainless, it's quite light for a stainless end can + mid pipe, If it's the one I saw on Ebay. being sold by Plainer, he was the importer for them back in early 2000's, they did one for the XR 600.

Just checked and it was S Plain who sold it me. I haven't fitted it yet so not sure what it is like. Thanks for the info.
