They did my front forks and rear shock (custom build for ride type and weight) they ar Showa offroad specilasts and the result was a completly different bike.
May not be as close as you wanted but well worth it for quality and speed of which they did the job from pick-up to returning them to me

I used K-Tech also for my XR400.

I sent the shock by courier and they returned it.

I would also recommed them.

Thanks for your replies.. i am aware of K Tech but was hoping to find somewhere more local so that i can take the whole bike along to get the full treatment.

Do you know if they changed the shim stacks on your XRs?

k Tech have a good reputation plus being Showa experts, i will proberbly end up using them.
