A baffling question

Hi all,
Just read loads of threads about inserting VW tail pipe as baffle into standard xr can.

I ve only had my xr for a little while and performance is great but is very noisey - took off the end shiny bit (held in with three bolts) and there appears to be nothing else - so no baffles hence the noise!!

I think will try this VW mod out so can someone let me know exactly what is the part and from where do i need to order.

I have found a link on this site for

but there appear to be four tail pipes - which is the one or are they all the same??

Looks like it might be the part and at that price if it isnt im sure it'll be useful for something else
