i have a (red)xr250r - chassis number 150,since i live in Sri lanka i assume its a Jap model ,since most of the bikes imported are Jap modles.

Q1.i cant seem to find the manufactured year
(bike papers indicate yr2000...is that possible)

Q2. what is the stock sprocket size ?
(currently im on 13T/40T which seems to top at 85-90kmph,and im thinking of getting 14T/42T since i mostly do road riding through out the week [home>work>home] average 30km per day,and on the week ends i do some dirt riding but not often)

Q3. what is the standard amount of fork oil that goes in to front shocks?

Q4.since i didnt have the stock headlight im thinking of fixing a new H3 100w headlight...(but it seemd to be heavy on the battery when i first tried it out! is there a separate coil in the xr250 stator or is it coming through the battery lines,and is there a possibility for me to wind a special coil in the stator dedicated only to the headlight?

Q5.has any one have a picture or a diagram of the stock baffle(like how the actual pipes work inside..cus i really need to cut down the noise..

Q6.dose the removal of smog pump and the AI system give a boost in power?

Q7.since im located some where close to sea level and due to the weather and humidity of my country my garage dude told me that lower jet sizes suit the best Eg:135/42 i think....
