    Re: rear wheel bearings

    hi guys
after my success at fitting my rear wheel bearings i thought id do the steering bearings ,job done as suggested the lower stem bearings where a barstuard i ended up carefully grinding one side on the bench grinder and then prising it out with a screwdriver not pretty but it did the job now im thinking swinging arm and shock bearings what are these like to do ?

a good tip to get the old ones out if you have one available is a rawl bolt through the bearing inner race then drive it out with that
