Hi , just to let you know im heading for them thar hills on my avon distanzia shod mighty xr,il let you know how i get on in the heavy snow we have had here in west sussex. Im sure the snow will be fine, its the ice covered roads and the pillocks that drive on them that worries me. I am also ordering one of the fab new heated waistcoats, no inner wires, some clever textile that heats up from the power pack. they claim 20 hours heat from 1 charge, well see. best of all , no bike battery required! have fun, happy new year to all.

I'm Rg. I'm new to the site and saw your reference to West Sussex off-roading thru Google and thought I'd post.
Me and some born-again biker chums have bought XR400's and are looking to join any West Sussex / Hampshire / East Sussex rideouts.
