Yes you read it. XR 650 L. Elka does not currently manufacture a rear shock for this bike but they will make them for those who sign up on this group-buy if we get at least 10 buyers. These are absolutely custom made shocks set up for the way you ride. They take your riding style, weight, gear and road/off road preference to determine how to build "your shock". Once the buy-in is complete and everyone pays, you will get a call from one of the techs at Elka to discuss the proper set up for your riding application if necessary. The price will be the same as the XR650R listing and will have the same options, 3-way, adjustable preload etc.

Before though jumping on this offer can I point out that the OP is in Canada and so is the company involved, so anyone ordering a shock please note that UK members will be paying postage and also possible import duty (if the indicated value is greater than £18 (£40 for a gift) it's also payable at their estimated value and not whatever is wrote on the package). This may also be relevant to other members from countries other than the UK.

As far as my research goes fitment is ok maybe a 1/2 inch longer depending on your model.
